Losing your hair is not the happies thing that could happen in your life. I’d rather say it is embarrassing, as all yur acquaintances keep on asking about your hair dresser, about your change of style, when in fact, the truth is so simple: you are going bald. I’ve hard of drugs and therapies against hair falling, like those laser hair treatments performed in cosmetical and beauty centers. However, I’m a bit too afraid and a bit too poor to go through such a procedure of restoring my hairs. I’d rather buy myself a nice wig and wear it with grace, while everybody stares at my beautiful hair which seems to be grown over night.
Speaking of natural health remedies which may postpone or prevent hair falling, I don’t know what to say, as I’ve only tried a few and I’m not so happy with the results. The best ones seemed to be the Hairmax herbal hair loss remedies, but I think that the genes are genes, and since my dad and his dad got bald when they were in their late twenties, I don’t have illusions that my hair will stay with me for longer.

Natural processes are the best, so this is why scientists try to immitate nature when they invent new drugs. As far as I understand it, the “natural” concept for me has nothing to do with pills. To give you an example, the most natural weight loss system one could ever imagine is yoga. I know there are many types of yoga, but at least that one I’ve seen in action convinced me that losing weight naturally is perfectly possible. I had two neigbors who attended a yoga class for several years. Before that they were slightly overweight, but thanks to the exercises and to the positions they learned, they managed to become fit and to have an incredible flexibility of the body.
So, whenwe think that something is natural, like this natural weight loss I’m talking about here, please don’t start to imagine herbs and spices and secret tea formulas our grandmothers took with them in the grave. This is simply not exactly the way to go. Any doctor could tell you that there are herbs that kill and herbs that cure. Each patient is unique. There are no diseases, but only sufferers.
So if you want to go for a natural weight loss process, make sure it is truly natural and not a surrogate.
